Every person, playing the game of MineFight in MineFight.com or as an application
in a third-party site, is regarded to have accepted the Service Contract below.
1. MineFight producers, publishers and administrators do not accept responsibility
for any kind of damage, material or moral loss during the usage of MineFight website
and playing of the game. MineFight does not accept responsibility for damages which
may arise from programming errors, within or outside of the game. That the game
will always function in an expected and accurate manner is not guaranteed. Game
publishers are not responsible for in-game earnings or losses, which may stem from
this fact. While the game continues, there may be some changes in programme or the
game logic, which may affect some players negatively. In this case, those who end
up with advantage from this or those who end up with damage cannot lay claim. Players
must abstain from any kind of action and illegal activities, which may lead to any
form of fraud and undeserved winnings and they must accept the game rules announced
in the main site and account closing penalties for violation of the same rules.
In the event that account of a user is removed by MineFight for any reason, the
user cannot lay any claim. Playing the game in contravention of the rules will disorder
the data of the game and it is illegal to damage software or its data.
2. The best effort is given by MineFight to enable that servers always stay online.
However, due to some technical issues or technical issues related to the companies
which provide the network infrastructure, the servers may stay offline. In such
cases, users cannot lay claim as to continuity of the services. MineFight does not
accept responsibility for errors (bug) stemming from the programming. Probable material
and/or moral losses of users are not indemnified.
3. Every section in which the game diverges logically is called world. Events in
a world do not affect other world. An account corresponding to an email address
must be present in a world. MineFight, where it deems necessary, may check whether
an account really belongs to a user. MineFight accounts are not transferable.
4. MineFight administration can remove account of a user without giving any reason,
when it detects an act violating the laws or the game rules. That the in-game services
or virtual mines (i.e. madenyum) have been purchased does not change the situation.
In such a case, the services are rendered unusable. After removal of account, that
player’s cities become ownerless and may be plundered.
5. MineFight users can send messages to each others. To alliance pages, texts defining
the alliances can be input. In cases where illegal contents are sent to the MineFight
servers, users are responsible for such contents. MineFight is not responsible for
pornographic, racist, segregationist, secessionist, nationalist, insulting contents
or contents which are against the constitution and civil laws. In such a case, the
user account will be removed.
6. The game can be played only by browser. The most popular 2 browsers in the market
will be supported. User is responsible for errors or troubles from other browsers.
Usage of any kind of utility program, proxy, and site or agent server is prohibited.
Usage of bot is prohibited. In usage of bot, MineFight servers may require that
user playing the game is proven to be a human. If the proof is invalid, the account
will be closed.
7. In cases where user passwords used in login are stolen and user accounts suffer
material/moral damage in consequence, MineFight does not accept responsibility.
Protection of passwords is in the charge of users.
8. Recorded personal information:
In order to check conformity of the rules and the laws, personal information listed
below, belonging to users is kept:
- Email address
- IP number used while connecting to the game
- Information regarding the browser and add-ons used
- Personal texts in the game profile
- Personal texts in the forum profile
9. Revelation of personal information:
Personal information can be revealed to official authorities or public authorities,
in accordance with the laws. However, this personal information, including email
address, will not be provided to third parties.
10. Accounts belonging to players, who use the same or similar username of a person
in the MineFight administration and act in a manner which can give material/moral
damage to the game or persons, will be closed.
11. MineFight users do not accept responsibility for material and/or moral damages
incurred due to playing of the game or usage of the web site.
12. MineFight administration may make amendments in the service contract. Following
the amendments in this service contract is in the charge of users. All of players
are regarded to have accepted this contract and amendments in this contract during
the period they play the game. Final form of this service contract will be published
in the main page of the game.
13. Any activity disrupting, destroying, changing and intervening in the functionality
of the MineFight software (game, site) or stealing account information, password
or email address of users, will be considered within the framework of “Cyber Crimes”.
CYBER CRIME: Crimes committed by any kind of technologies such as computer, network
peripherals, pos machine, mobile phone.
Crimes within the context of entry to computer system, system blocking, disruption,
destroying or changing of data.
14. If virtual materials (i.e. madenyum), purchased from the MineFight site, are
returned within 1 week without being used and reimbursement is demanded, the related
game account will be closed.
15. Acts, intending to affect the game administration within or outside of the game,
which could result in benefits for the game player or an alliance, cause the continuity
of the service to be dropped; in such a case, the account will be closed.
16. Any text or picture sent to any area within the game is considered to have been
opened to public as well and content creator cannot lay any claim with regard to
these. Content’s conformity to laws is in the charge of the content creator.
17. Allegations as to that MineFight administration acts in favor of a player or
alliance are sham claims and there will be no intimacy between the administration
and any player or alliance. In this context, making baseless allegations and intending
to give damage to the administration and the game by announcing the allegation in
the game or the forum will result in closing of the account. Those claiming that
their allegations are coherent must inform the game administrator about the issue.
18. All rights of the contents (texts, pictures, musics, videos, programs, software
codes) in the MineFight site are reserved. They cannot be copied, published or quoted.
19. Users are responsible for any damage incurred by others to their accounts or
in-game objects. Owner of the game account has to take the necessary precautions.
MineFight cannot be held responsible for damages incurred by others.
20. In each section of the game, only one language will be valid. For instance;
French cannot be used in sections reserved for English. Operators will close the
account, if they detect a language they cannot understand or meaningless characters.
21. If bugs in the game are manipulated and illegal acquisitions are made or other
players are incurred losses consequentially, account of the related player can be
closed. Account of person, who detects the bug firstly and instead of manipulating,
reports this to the administration by following the related contact procedure, will
not be closed. If it is a serious bug (a dysfunctional button is not a bug), person
who reports it may be gifted with madenyum in a manner deemed appropriate by the
administration.
22. If any situation except for the ones listed here occurs, the decision of the
related MineFight official is valid.
